How we handle your service request.

When you choose “Save request & prepare SMS,” the website securely saves your service details with Appliance RS and assigns a request number. You can then open the prepared text in Messages and press Send. Saving the request does not confirm SMS delivery or book an appointment.

Information in a service request

The saved request and prepared SMS include your name, callback number, service address, city, ZIP code, appliance type, selected problems, optional brand and model, service details, contact preference, and preferred time. Appliance RS and its authorized website administrator can use this information to handle your request and reconcile service outcomes. The journal records the prepared text, request time, and optional Open SMS/copy actions. Changes you make later in Messages are not visible to the website. Your device and messaging provider handle the SMS after you open or send it.

Analytics and advertising choices

With your permission, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive non-identifying events such as a page view, a call-button click, a ZIP coverage result, a saved-request event, or the opening of a prepared SMS. Appliance RS does not send names, phone numbers, street addresses, ZIP codes, model numbers, or service-request text to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

With optional consent, campaign labels, referring website, and advertising click identifiers can also be saved with the private request to understand where enquiries come from. They are not included in the prepared SMS. If you decline, the service form still works; campaign attribution may be unavailable. You can accept, reject, or change optional analytics and advertising cookies at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Essential functions remain available when optional cookies are rejected.

Google Maps and external links

The interactive Google map loads only after you choose to open it. Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s own terms. Links to Google reviews and the Appliance RS Business Profile open Google services in a separate page.

Retention and sharing

Appliance RS does not sell information entered on this website. Requests are held in a protected journal on our hosting provider; records older than 90 days are removed the next time the journal or form is used. The journal is available only to authorized operators. Temporary, keyed security identifiers help limit abuse without recording raw IP addresses in the journal. The hosting provider may maintain separate technical logs. A message that you send is retained according to the settings of the owner’s messaging service and your own device. Optional analytics data is configured with a 14-month retention period.
